“We were going to list my parents custom built home in the 2nd week of December--at a time when folks are busy going to holiday parties and shopping. We were worried it would take a long time to sell and started working with Kathryn before it was listed. Incredibly, someone showed up to look at it at 9 a.m. the first morning the house was on the market! By 8pm that night we had received and accepted an offer on the house and were thrilled that they wanted to close in less than 30 days.”

"Over the period of a year, I had a house with acreage under contract 4 times and each time the contract fell through. I was at my wits end! I called Kathryn to help me. As she went through the house and discussed what was coming up, I asked her if she would call the seller and discuss some of the other things she was seeing that the seller needed to do. She did and the seller got busy on the items.  Very soon after that, the house went under contract again and closed. The contract came through in about two weeks from when she started working on it."

"I was going to fly with a buddy in his plane to Cabo San Lucas with eight people aboard for a long weekend. The night before we were supposed to leave, Kathryn called me and told me to have my friend perform the preflight checklist two times and to check just as carefully the second time as the first. During the second preflight check we found a leak in the fuel line. My buddy said that if we hadn't found the leak it wouldn't have been discovered in a way that would have provided options and we probably wouldn't have made it. We fixed the leak in a couple of hours, flew to Cabo and had a great weekend. A miracle happened that day because of her and I am very grateful."
